DotVisible

is a trading name of IgniteFirst Solutions, registered at Saw Mill Road, Chungam, Thalassery, Kerala 670641, India.

"We", "us", "our"

mean that business.

"You"

means the person or business using our website or buying our services.

By using the website or paying for a service, you agree to these terms. If you buy for a business, you confirm you're allowed to agree on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Guarantee Policy form part of these terms.

We check every applicant before taking payment. If you're not a fit, we tell you and don't charge you. You may not be a fit if another person's Knowledge Panel already fills the search for your name, or if there's very little about your work online.

All prices are in US dollars and are shown on The Authority Magnet page at the time you buy. Prices don't include sales tax, VAT or GST. Where the law requires us to charge tax, we add it to your invoice.

You pay a deposit of $500 to start. The balance is due once your Knowledge Panel is live, as defined in section 8. We take payment through our card payment processor. If a balance payment fails, we'll contact you, and work on the optional monthly service pauses until it's paid.

The work depends on you as well as us. You agree to:

1. give us accurate, current facts about you and your work, and tell us if they change
2. attend one onboarding call and review content within 5 business days of receiving it
3. make the updates only you can make, such as changes to your LinkedIn profile
4. give us the access we need, such as access to your website

You confirm the facts you give us are true and that you have the right to share any photos, logos or other material you send.

We don't publish anything about you without your approval. You can ask for changes before approving. Once you approve content, we may publish it in the places agreed for your project. If you ask us to leave something out, we will.

"Live"

means a Knowledge Panel that shows your correct name, photo and profession or role in an ordinary Google search for the agreed name in the agreed country. We confirm it with three checks across 14 days and send you a screenshot.

The guarantee doesn't cover AI answers. No one controls what AI tools say, and we don't guarantee any AI recommendation, mention, lead, ranking or revenue. The Refund and Guarantee Policy sets out the full terms and exclusions.

You can cancel the project before your panel is live by emailing us. The deposit is then handled as set out in the Refund and Guarantee Policy. The optional monthly service is month to month. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the month already paid isn't partly refunded.

Our work involves platforms we don't own or control, including Google, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and the sites where we publish. Each sets its own rules and can change what it shows at any time, including after we deliver. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, OpenAI or any other platform. See our Disclaimer.

Your personal website, its domain and hosting, and the profiles created in your name belong to you. We hand over any logins we created for you when the project ends. You may use the content we write for you without restriction. We keep the right to our own methods, templates and know-how.

If we're waiting on you and can't move forward, we'll send a written reminder. If we still can't move forward 60 days after that reminder, we may close the project, and the 150-day guarantee no longer applies. We then refund your deposit minus $150 for the digital footprint audit already delivered, the same as a cancellation after onboarding.

If you bought through an agency, your agreement is with that agency. A separate partner agreement governs how we work with them. The 150-day guarantee still applies to your project. You claim it through your agency, and we honor it through them.

We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits any liability the law doesn't allow us to limit.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Changes don't apply to work you've already paid for unless you agree.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Thalassery, Kerala. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your country gives you.
