In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean that business. We're responsible for the personal information described here.

When you run the free audit.

Your name, your LinkedIn URL and the email address we send the report to. The audit then looks up public information about the name you entered, such as search results, public profiles and what AI tools say about that person.

When you fill in a form.

On the contact form, your name, email and message. On the partner application, your name, work email, agency details and anything else you choose to tell us.

When you become a client.

The facts we need to describe you accurately, such as your work history, role, credentials and photo. We keep a record of the content you approve, and any account access you give us to deliver the work. Card details are handled by our payment processor, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, and we don't store them.

When you visit the site.

Information about your device, browser, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools. The Cookie Policy lists them.

• To send you occasional emails about our services, if you've agreed to them. If you run the free audit, we may also send up to three follow-up emails about your report, based on our legitimate interest. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Our work involves publishing information about you, such as bios, profiles and articles. We only publish what you approve. Once it's published, anyone can see it, and search engines and AI tools may collect it. We can't control how third-party platforms store or reuse it after publication.

• Service providers who help us run the site, the audit tool, email, payments and file storage: our web host, our email delivery service, our payment processor, our CRM and our cloud file storage provider. Each one uses your information only to provide its service to us
• Agency partners, if you came to us through one. We share project information with that agency.
• Publishing platforms, where we submit content you've approved to the profiles, directories and publications agreed with you
• Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our rights

Our team works from India, and some of our service providers are in the United States and elsewhere. Your information may be processed outside your country. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights:

To make a request, email hello@dotvisible.com. We reply within 30 days. Deleting the information we hold doesn't remove content already published on third-party sites, but we'll help you ask those sites to remove it.

We limit access to your information to the people who need it, and we use encrypted storage, two-factor authentication on every account that holds client information, and regular reviews of who has access. No system is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

Our services are for adults working professionally. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

When we update this policy, we change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell current clients by email.
